With the arrival of that blessed time of the year, a myriad of culinary wonders awaits all food enthusiasts at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. From April 03, 2022 onwards, the quintessential flavours of Ramadhan will return with a newfound journey of reliving the good old days, specifically the ‘60s.

An ‘assisted buffet’ setting extends from the indoor to the outdoor dining areas of JP teres for a true enhancement of one’s full ‘buka puasa’ experience. Comprising traditional and quintessential delicacies of all description, Nostalgia Rembulan Buffet will take the taste buds for a ride venturing back to the classic times—featuring numerous live stations that include grilled sustainable seafood, succulent Satay, Kerabu assortment, Rojak Buah, Kambing Bakar carving station, a la minute Murtabak and Roti John, and not forgetting wonderful dessert selections aplenty.

Other than that, enjoy Roti Canai, Roti Telur, Roti Sardin, Murtabak Ayam, JP Teres Signature Roti John, Sayur Campur, Lamb Varuval, Daging Masak Lada Hitam, Udang Masam Manis, Ikan Masak Tempoyak Pedas, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Curry Laksa, Laksa Utara, Rojak Buah, Salad Sotong, Kerabu Ayam, Kerabu Daging, Kerabu Perut, Ikan Masin, Pasembur Pulau Pinang.

Food is really good, and our favourite are the juicy, flavourful satay (MUST-TRY); heart-warming, comforting soup gear box, succulent Kambing Bakar ala Percik: JP Teres Signature Chicken Rice; vanilla softserve with Kopi Chiffon cake and not to forget- Hot from the Grill that line up sustainable seafood, otak-otak, cencaru sambal, and chicken wings.
