Nasi lemak is a Malay fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. Lontong is a dish made of compressed rice cake in the form of a cylinder wrapped inside a banana leaf with add extra satay sauce if need. Side dishes can request with sambal cuttlefish, fried chicken full of herbs and spices and fried eggs.
