For your first pit stop, head over to the Knife Shaved Marinated Seafood Raw Bar and Crustacean on Ice, featuring Boston Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, Flower Crab and freshly-shucked Oysters. Japanese cuisine aficionados may delight in authentically prepared dishes such as a selection of fresh Sashimi including Hamachi and Yellow Fin Tuna, Ebi Furai Curry with Steamed Japanese Rice, and Tokusei Ahi Poke Chirashi. Pamper your palate with classic local and Peranakan favourites prepared with Chef’s original recipes. Newly introduced dishes to the generous seafood buffet spread include the delicious Oatmeal Crayfish, Poached Fish Fillet in Mala Broth that packs a punch, robust Nyonya King Prawn Laksa, spicy Baked Ikan Pari Sambal (Sambal Stingray) and the flavourful Wok-fried King Lala Beehoon that is available at the live Wok Station.
