Duck Noodle (Mee Pok, Mee Kia, Kway Teow). They had handmade Mee Pok and Mee Kia. The noodles were smooth and soft. Duck meat slices were thin but not paper wafer thin, still afforded some bite. Some slices looked fry as they were cut in advance, but still flavorful when chewed. The soup had a nice herbal fragrance.
