Restaurants only have one opportunity to make a good first impression on customer. This impression can be made through different touchpoints, or contact opportunities, and can be the reason why a customer decides to revisit or avoid your establishment. We recently had the visit in Kedai Makan Kampong Tio-Chew, Batu Pahat, Malaysia. For a restaurant experience to be great, both the product and the service must score. A failure in either department often leads to a substandard experience. Bad experience of the unfriendly service provided when orders the food with requesting dishes introduction, but the restaurant do not provide menu and price lists. Although restaurant itself already famous specially sell crab dishes in town, but without a good service will make customers uncomfortable for visited and have a dinner. The taste of crab dishes are delicious except the service should be improvement.
