Nai Ek emigrated from China in 1960 and first sold his rolled noodles from a cart; his reputation grew and he opened his shop in 1989. His signature is crispy pork in a peppery broth soup with rolled noodles. Enjoy other Chinese delights like herbal soups or stewed pork. The intestines and other pig insides do not smell at all. The roll noodles are smooth and chewy; while the accompanying pepper soup doesn’t have excessive pepper, yet spicy enough to force some sweats through the pores of your forehead.
