You can get a cheap kuy teavalmost anywhere, and if you get it with pork or some other meats it will cost you even less, but fishballs are a little more rarified in the kuy teav world. So for a big bowl of healthy fishball soup ($3.75) with greens, rice noodles, and all the condiments that go with it, this Daun Penh eatery is sure to please. It’s a pretty straightforward affair, with plastic chairs and metal tables. The restaurant is only open for breakfast or an early lunch but it’s always bustling with young professionals and civil servants working in the area.
