Cendol is an iced sweet dessert that contains droplets of green rice flour jelly, coconut milk and palm sugar syrup. Nowadays, cendol comes with various add ons and every stall have their fully loaded, ultimate cendol "special". Authentic cendol with a strong pandan flavour and just the right amount of chewiness. Contrasts well with the fine shaved iced that is more snow-like than ice-like. Air Batu Campur or ABC where cendol becomes part of another popular local cold sweet dessert - flavoured ice. The ABC/ais kacang here is really good. It's rare to find such finely shaved ice. Loved the syrups used too as they stick to gula melaka and santan.
