Fish Ball Noodles is all the while among a kind of the traditional chinese cuisineโs noodle eatery which being famously practised on our nation since decades, also among the localโs favourite noodles selection been served in commonly with homemade noodles & fish balls/fish cakes carrying on respective home recipes on the ground. The noodles are delicious, but I feel that the fish balls are more like ready-made instead of hand-made ones, taste and quality difference.
