Currently the taste of Bak Kut Teh without the aroma and strong taste of medicinal materials at all. Before the covid pandemic, it has a clear broth that tastes sweet and the additional herbal flavour has maximised its charm.
The pork trotter vinegar is not too sour and on the sweet side. There is not much meat on the pork trotter. More skin and fats (or collagen). Must try it.
