Laksa is one of the most celebrated dishes in Malaysia, and like many popular meals it comes in transformative regional variants. Laksa is a spicy Peranakan dish that originated in the states of Johor respectively. This particular laksa version is made of coconut milk and curry and comes with extra dollops of sambal chilli paste and laksa leaf to give it that extra kick.

It is served with tofu, douchi, fresh brown squid, fresh cockles, and bean sprouts are added on top of the dish.

Laksa soup strong flavours and not salty. If this is the kind of laksa broth that you like. You will love it. Just one sip will completely conquer your taste buds.
